They always say "The unexpected can happen", well it looks like it did actually happen! Due to COVID-19, Small business owners in Hampton Roads (South Eastern Virginia consisting of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Newport News, Suffolk, Hampton) and throughout the United States are suffering big losses on their businesses. As business owners, not only are we losing out on all income but also dishing out money for those fun things that make our businesses run (Rent, Utilities, Subscriptions, Business loan payments, city taxes, etc).. so it's like a double hit. Many of these businesses also have employees to pay, so they are really just digging in a hole here.
In order to gain good running ground when things are in the clear here, it's important to support these businesses now. Here is a good way to support small business in Hampton Roads, but this will apply to any small businesses throughout America... I'm just trying to make sure my own local community of entrepreneurs and small businesses are taken care of the best that I know how.

As a native to the area, growing up in Virginia Beach and Norfolk, I have seen a lot of these 757 region businesses really blossom. Many of these businesses I use myself and all of these Hampton Roads businesses have come highly recommended.
